Tom Broderick, President
A graduate of the prestigious Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, with over 35 years of marketing experience.

An expert in the wholesale/retail field with broad-based management experience in consumer-packaged goods. Tom developed the most successful One Hour Photo Operation in the World with US sites numbering over 35,000. In addition, Tom was responsible for Kodak's in-store execution in the Western US, generating over $3/4billion in revenue. After 25 years with Kodak, Tom returned home to Dallas, Tx. where he expanded his internet sales and marketing background with the formation of IDR.

Tom has produced millions of dollars in revenue for IDR clients. He is an expert in all facets of internet marketing including web campaign development and management, affiliate marketing, pay-per-click management, email campaigns, and 3rd party upsales. Intense internet experience working with highly successful direct response marketers, Tom works one on one with clients to design sales programs and strategies.

Our business is not creating or building corporate websites. We build sites that sell products. For that reason, we do not hire typical web designers. Each of our designers, in addition to mastering the art of design and the technical aspects of the latest software, are seasoned with several years of e-commerce and business related site development before we assign them to an IDR Client. Part of our success is the look and feel of the dynamically driven checkout page and the upsale pages used in the cart. When a customer moves from the website to the shopping cart, the look and feel of the site is maintained. Logos, colors and backgrounds match the trade dress of the website. Also, no memberships to join and no hurdles to jump over before they check out. Elegant in it's design and simple to use.

IDR handles all aspects of order capture and order file generation. We have custom API integrations with many fulfillment centers and can also provide a login through our customer management system where files may be securely downloaded for import. If custom programming is required, we are able to handle it.

Our reporting is also state of the art and in real time. When you receive an order, you see it immediately in our system along with valuable information about the customers that purchased.
